Losses of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine due to spring frosts – 28.04.2009

During the second decade of April in Ukraine, the soil surface on the height of 2 cm faced the frosts with rates of 1-7°, in eastern regions – till 8-11°.

Due to possible damage of part of winter crops, IA APK-Inform provides the polling of agricultural producers of several oblasts in order to determine the scales of possible losses of grains and oilseeds sowings
