In 2009, Ukrainian agrarians will harvest 40-43 mln tons of grains, forecasted Vladimir Lapa, the head of the group of experts of the association "Ukrainian club of agrarian business".

According to the expert, the weather conditions, the worsening of financing conditions of the agro industrial complex, and decreasing of sowing areas for separate late spring crops will influence the reduction of the harvest-2009.

At the same time, in the current year the governmental support of the agricultural sector decreased by 2.6 times compared to the previous year, declared he. And the financing have not still started at the moment. Also the sector faced the reduction by 5 times of the attracting of credit resources from commercial banks.

That is why, agrarians use almost all existing resources for the current needs. And some of agrarians will have reduce sowing areas of late grains due to low prospects of attracting of credit resources, explained V.Lapa.
