Grain export exceeds 6mln tons - 29.09.2009

Grain export in 2009/10 marketing year exceeded six million tons, the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation (UAC) press center informed. Sunflower oil exports from Ukraine grew by 58.5% - 29.09.2009

In 2008/09 MY, sunflower oil export volumes from Ukraine increased by 58.5% compared to the previous season – to 2.1 mln tonnes at the sum of 1.57 bln USD, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on September 25. Minimum retail prices for cognac increased - 29.09.2009

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved of increasing the retail price for cognac. The minimum retail price for three-year old cognac is set at UAH 26.36 (EUR 2.11 USD 3.10) per 0.5 litre, four-year old UAH 29.34, five-year old UAH 33.34 per 0.5 litre.
