Kernel Group to increase its statutory fund – 10.03.2010

The Poltava-based sunflower oil extraction plant of the Kernel Group of Companies has decided to increase its statutory fund by UAH 70.193 million to UAH 120 million (UAH 7.98 / USD 1), the enterprise said in a statement.

 

The statement says that it is planned to issue an additional 70,192,870 ordinary nominal shares with the value of UAH 1 per each share. The enterprise will conduct a closed placement of shares with the goal of increasing its statutory fund to replenish its fixed and circulating assets.
