Conference „Ukraine on the Way to Europe – Challenges and Opportunities for the Agro Food Sector” – 15.05.2008

The Ukrainian Agribusiness Club and the German–Ukrainian Policy Dialogue in Agriculture together with their partners are pleased to invite you to the conference “Ukraine on the Way to Europe – Challenges and Opportunities for the Agro Food Sector” to be held in Kyiv on 11 June 2008 on the occasion of the visit of the German Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, Horst Seehofer, to Ukraine.

The aim of the conference is to discuss opportunities and risks of integrating the Ukrainian agriculture and food sector into the European market as well as questions regarding sector investments. Participants are Ukrainian policy makers, representatives of the EU, Germany, France as well as Ukrainian and international business representatives and experts.

The event takes place from 9 am until 2 pm at the Hotel President, 12 Hospitalna Street, in Kyiv. Attached you will find the conference programme in English. You might be willing to forward the invitation and programme in Ukrainian to your Ukrainian partners and clients.
