17th IFMA CONGRESS, USA - CALL FOR PAPERS – FINAL REMINDER – Submission Deadline is 31st January – 26.01.2009

Dear IFMA Member,

This is the final reminder that contributed papers and posters need to be submitted by Saturday 31st January using the submission website.

There is still space available for more contributed papers for presentation at the congress, and you can submit more than one paper.

Remember that there are two types of paper – Peer Reviewed and Non-Peer Reviewed (case study). Posters require just an abstract.

Please note the following:

· Papers and posters should preferably be submitted as PDF documents – but MS Word .doc (2003 version) are also fully acceptable. MS Word 2007 (produces .docx files) has the facility to save documents in PDF format. (Please do not submit .docx files).

· If your default page size in MS Word is A4 – please reset it to ‘Letter’ size and check the page breaks before submitting and if converting or saving the file as a PDF.

· You should include the page of information (requested in item 8 in the Call for Papers - Paper Guidelines) as a separate page at the end of your paper.

· You will be asked to submit copy of the keywords and the abstract during the paper submission process.

· A copy of the latest version of the Call for Papers and Guidelines (V2.1) is available for download from the congress website (www.ifma17.org).

· The contact regarding contributed paper submissions is Prof. Harold Guither (mailto:hguither@uiuc.edu)

If you have forwarded previous emails and Newsletters to colleagues or friends interested in the Congress – please forward this final reminder.

Many Thanks and Best Regards,

Tony.
